What is an "ETA"?

ETA is required for any visa-exempt foreign nationals who are traveling to Autralia. Although you can apply for ETA anytime, we strongly suggest you to apply for an ETA as soon as you have decided to travel Australia. You must have your ETAS approved before the entry. Your ETA will electronically be connected to your passport. Please apply online and make sure you have an approved ETAS.

Who needs an ETA?

- A visitor who holds a passport from one of the following countries or regions: Brunei - Darussalam Australia Hong Kong (SAR PRC) Japan Malaysia Singapore Korea, Rep of (South) United States.
- A visitor whose purpose to visit Australia is following: Tourism, Visiting family/friends, business visiting (Business meetings, Business Events, Business exhibition, and etc)
- A person whose stay is less than 3 months.
- A person who has no other Autralian visas.

What do I need to apply for ETA?

ETA can only be applied online. ETA Visa can be applied easily online, all you need is your passport, credit card, and an e-mail address. Please prepare these items and apply. If you wish to apply through our website, you will need to agree on our policies and protocols.

What do I do after I get ETAS?

We send an E-mail to your address with your personal ETA numbers. We strongly suggest that you put down the number. The copy of e-mail is not necessary in immigration. However in some cases, your ETAS numbers may be needed. It might be helpful if you print the e-mail out and bring it with you to Australia in some cases. If your ETAS has not approved, you will need to apply for Australian Visa.

We do not accept any canceling. And we do no t have a re-fund service at any circumstances. If the information you put down and applied were false, you will need to apply again with same amount of fee. This is due to Australian government ETAS system. Once the application has been sent to the government, there is no way you can cancel the process. Our website system sends the information to Australian government right away. Therefore there will be no way to cancel, or re-fund at all. However in some cases, if the application form has not sent to the Australian government, there is a high chance to stop the process. However the re-fund fee will be maximum 50% of the total cost.
ETAS application is only available on web. You must fly with the same passport with your ETAS approved passport. You may apply for ETAS as much as necessary, but it will cost every time. And there will be no re-fund at any cases. ETAS will not guarantee your entry to Australia. The immigration officers at Australian airport have a final decision of your immigration. Your ETAS number and passport number will be linked online, therefore there is no need for you to print the ETAS confirm e-mail. However we strongly recommend for you to keep your ETAS numbers just in case. In case the results does not arrive on time, we will help you contact Australian government, however it wll take about 12 working days.
